It does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Every tax situation is different. References to "$0 income tax," specific dollar savings, case studies, or similar outcomes describe results that some clients have achieved or that may be possible under certain circumstances. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee or promise that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results. Actual results depend on your income, entity structure, applicable law, and other factors, and tax laws change over time.
Booking a call or contacting us does not by itself create a professional engagement. Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written engagement agreement that defines the scope of work, fees, and responsibilities of each party. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to the services described in it.
When you schedule a call or contact us, you consent to us communicating with you about your inquiry and our services. Scheduling is provided through a third-party tool (Calendly) subject to its own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
